Our juicy butterflied chicken is spiced with jerk seasoning, a mix of coriander, paprika, allspice, cumin, nutmeg and bay. Served on buckwheat, red pepper and sweetcorn with a fresh tomato and chilli salsa.
Oven roasted mushrooms, pepper and red onion are cooked in our jerk seasoning and a fresh tomato sauce, soaking up all the delicious flavours. Served alongside Jamaican-style coconut rice and kidney beans, with added spinach.
