Our version of the Italian milanese has a mindful chef twist; free-range chicken breast is coated with toasted ground almonds and basil then oven baked. Served with brown rice pasta and a traditional tomato, garlic and basil sauce.
Sometimes only a steak will do. Our Yorkshire heritage flat iron – grass-fed and dry-aged – is dressed in red pesto and devoured with a nutritious potato salad, stuffed with olives, green beans and sweet cherry tomatoes.
Belazu’s pestorissa blends tomato pesto and rose harissa – and it’s just as delicious as it sounds, especially slathered on our protein-rich baked tofu. On the side: a stuffed pepper, bursting with quinoa and sunshine veg.
