Inspired by shepherd’s pie, this creamy butter bean and greens dish has a bold smoky flavour, thanks to paprika, nutritional yeast and wholegrain mustard. Served with crispy kale and sweet potato mash.
We use British grass-fed beef to make these smoky, spicy paprika burgers. Sautéed red onion and fresh guacamole are our toppings of choice. Aubergine fries make a lighter, healthier alternative as a summery side.
