Inspired by tempeh’s Indonesian roots, Tiba Tempeh is a natural plant-based protein with the bite and flavour to make it the star of every meal. Packed with protein (twice as much as tofu actually), high in fibre, 100% natural, organic, made with live cultures and vegan. They have developed their own special (and super-secret) method after a stint with a world-renowned tempeh master in Indonesia. They can’t give too much away, but let’s just say it involves fermenting the beans very slowly – over three days to be exact. It gives the tempeh it's particularly moreish, hearty, chewy texture and a unique, nutty twang.
